Media Creation
The ACCORD® Financial Data Delivery System interfaces to your internal
bank systems utilizing the Media Creation Platform, a solution that
enables automated acquisition and processing of customer transaction data
and associated images.
This typically includes:
- Paid items
- Deposited items
- Returned items
- Lockbox items
- Various types of reports and statements
- Letters of credit documents
The system is comprised of the Media Creation Platform servers, the Media Factory Manager software (which provides operational control and monitoring), one or more digital media creation stations and shipping support. It also includes an optional Quality Control Workstation.
Media Factory Manager
ACCORD® Media Factory Manager software supports a comprehensive range of functionality to manage the process of acquiring data and creating and delivering the media.
The Media Factory Manager provides facilities to initiate and schedule jobs, view the status of the jobs in progress, monitor the supplies in the CD/DVD burners, restart a job or re-burn media. In addition, the Media Factory Manager provides a comprehensive family of reports and provides facilities to administer role-based security.
The Media Creation Platform provides an optional Quality Control Workstation. This workstation can be used to access the CDs/DVDs being created without specifying an encryption key to verify they are useable and free of any errors.
The system is extremely easy to use, requiring a small number of
personnel and a very short learning curve.
