Image Delivery Solutions

Yojna offers multiple solutions for Image Delivery, including CD/DVD creation, support for Bulk Files, and delivery via a browser interface.  Once the data is delivered to the end user, Yojna has several robust Archive solutions to manage the data.

Accounting Solutions

With Yojna's EntityNet solution, management of the Accounts Payable process is greatly enhanced. Included with this solution is an elaborate invoice approval workflow, the ability to relate documents for viewing, reconciliation of bank data against issue data, and an interface to the accounting system.

Management of the Accounts Receivable process is also greatly enhanced.  Included with this solution is auto-matching of lockbox and other deposits, reconciliation of amount mismatches, and an interface to the accounting system.

Lastly, Account Reconciliation is streamlined by automatically matching incoming payments against an issue file.  Exceptions are programmatically identified.  Through EntityNet's user interface, the user can correct data entry errors and match hanging payments.

Fraud Mitigation

Positive Pay functionality supported by Yojna's ACCORD^® FinancialNet and EntityNet platforms assists organizations in Fraud Mitigation.  Using bank-supplied data, a user can review and match check and ACH data against issue files.  With this information Pay or No Pay decisions can be made.

Wire Transfers

Yojna’s ACCORD^® FTS Solution is designed to provide comprehensive support for wires processing.  The solution interfaces to either the Federal Reserve’s real-time FedLine Direct system or it can be used to generate batch files which can be submitted through the FedLine Advantage system, thereby, significantly reducing the overhead costs associated with wires processing.  ACCORD^® FTS supports OFAC Filtering and ABA lookup to facilitate error free wires origination and incoming wires processing.  The system also comes equipped with a wide range of controls that support the compliance of business rules with full auditing capabilities.  ACCORD^® FTS is available in three packages to support very low to very high volumes of wires transactions.

Enhanced 3270/5251 Applications

ACCORD^® iLink uses a modular and scalable infrastructure that can be deployed to “image enable” existing legacy applications that use 3270 or 5251 terminal access.

ACCORD^® iLink uses a browser-based interface to present information to users in the familiar 3270 or 5251 format. In addition, it provides transparent access to data available from other systems, such as image repositories, without having to reenter the key data into another application.
